All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or payment.

3. Guest Numbers
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Changes after this period may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the notice period provided before the event date.
5. Event Changes
Any changes to the event date, location, menu, or guest count must be communicated as soon as possible and may affect pricing.
6. Service Area
Our catering services are available within our designated service areas. Additional travel charges may apply for events outside these areas.
7. Food Safety
All food is prepared and handled according to applicable food safety and hygiene standards.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring suitable access to the venue.
9. Liability
Aser shall not be held responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
